Refund & Returns Policy

7-day return window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund — provided the bottle is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

How to return

1. Email kumkumadithailam@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no charge.
3. Once we receive and inspect the product, refund is initiated within 3 business days.

Refund timeline

• UPI / Wallets: 1–3 business days
• Bank transfer / Cards: 5–7 business days
• Refunds processed to the original payment method only

What we cannot accept

• Opened or used bottles (hygiene reasons)
• Returns requested after 7 days from delivery
• Products without original packaging or seal

Damaged or wrong product

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the package. We will replace at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
